Morning Meeting and Jesus Time: We voted on what kind of party we are going to have after we fill up our Servant Jar with cotton balls. ICE CREAM party won :)
Jesus Time: We practiced our take home verse, Isaiah 43:1, "I have called you by name, you are mine." Then I read us a story called You are Special by Max Lucado to remind us of how God made us so special. During Free Choice Time, we traced our hands on a red heart to know that we are loved by God.

Mat Man: The students and I sang a song about Mat Man and then built him as a group.
Objective: Knowledge of self and helps them with knowing the BIG curve, Little curve, Long line, and short line for writing.

Fire Drill: Students did a great job with lining up and following directions when there was a fire drill. We now know what we need to do when we hear the loud noise.
Outside Time: Students love playing in this cool weather with friends.

Free Choice Time: Students could draw/build Mat Man, cut straws, finish their puzzles, make rules for the classroom, and more. Students at this time can explore anywhere in the room. Check out SOME of the things they did!

DANCE PARTY: There are many friends that love to move their bodies. Check out some of their dance moves.

Outside Time: Students loved to balance on the wooden stumps, climb on the monkey bars, ride bikes, and more. Today was a fun day of learning!
